What is NLP?
NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming) is the study of our thinking, behaviour, and language patterns so that we can build sets of strategies that work for us in making decisions, building relationships, performing at work, inspiring and motivating others, and creating balance in our lives.
NLP explores the relationships between how we think (neuro), how we communicate (linguistic) and our patterns of behaviour and emotion (programs).
How can NLP help you?
NLP provides tools and strategies to run our brains more effectively and efficiently to create the best outcomes we are longing for. It is a simple yet powerful approach to personal and professional development. It is based on the study of successful human performance in which the strategies of very effective people are studied.
Learning NLP can help you in all areas of your life: business, career, communication, relationships, parenting, sports, health and overall well-being. NLP provides you with a means to make changes in your own life and to assist others in doing the same.
Why is NLP so powerful in bringing about self-improvement?
NLP is a way of coding and reproducing excellence that enables us to consistently achieve the results that you want both for our personal and professional life. NLP is interested in how a person generates a specific behaviour and to examine the patterns, we ask questions such as these:
What kinds of stimulus lead to what kinds of behaviour?
What context is most likely to induce a certain response?
Understanding the patterns of our behaviour allows us to disrupt counter-productive patterns and enhance patterns that empower us. In this way, NLP brings about self-improvement.
How does NLP differ from Psychology and Psychiatry?
Both psychiatry and psychology tend to focus on the content of what had happened, hence psychiatrists and psychologist may spend considerable time having you describe your past problems to deeply understand the "why” - the reasons behind the problem. Psychiatry and psychology are related to the medical model.
Rather than focusing on content, NLP works with the structure of the mind. NLP is solution oriented as well as process oriented. NLP is not interested in why you have a problem. NLP is interested in how to get a result as quickly as possible. NLP is probably not considered to be scientific by the psychological profession but NLP is practical and methodical to enable you to get results.
What is Neuro-semantics?
Neuro-Semantics is a model of how we make meaning through evaluating experiences, events and words. Neurology (neuro-) refers to your body, physiology, and your states. It is in and through your neurology that you feel, experience, and perform your meanings. Neuro-Semantics enables you to answer these deeper questions like – How do you perform? What semantic reactions do you experience emotionally and as your skills? Do they reflect your best ideas and meanings? Or is there a big gap between what you know and what you do? Neuro-Semantics focuses on closing the Knowing-Doing gap.
How will Neuro-Semantics help you?
Neuro-Semantics is about your personal development for greater meaningfulness, success, and contribution in life. In Neuro-Semantics we focus on the processes that will reliably unleash your highest and best potentials. We do that by enabling you to create the most enhancing and robust meanings that will then enable you to implement your best values into the actions that make up your performances.
Neuro-Semantics enables you to win the inner game so you can achieve peak performance in your outer games of everyday life. Your inner games are your semantics or meanings. Your inner game is made up of your meaning frames. Your outer games occur in your body and neurology. It is here that you actualize your meanings

Coaching may involve clearing up past issues that prevent the actualization of your goals but the focus is always on the future. It is forward looking and is focussed on the actions, one is willing to take to create the life s/he wants and not just make a living.
Coaching is not advising clients (unlike counselling) on how to solve problems, nor educating clients (unlike mentoring and consultancy) about what they should do, nor analysing the root causes of client predicaments. Coaching is about helping others to learn as opposed to teaching or telling people what to do and how to do it.
How long does the Coaching last?
Most of the engagements require an initial commitment of three to six months from our clients; individuals often remain in a coaching relationship for a year or more. Usually, we mutually agree upon the length, frequency and number of sessions along with our client.

Coaching supports and encourages healthy communication in all relationships. The specific communication skills that are addressed are listening to learn, asking questions to gain clarity and resolve ambiguity, testing for truth rather than making assumptions, and encouraging for a job well done.
Coaching provides a safe place where individuals can talk about their challenges and opportunities in a confidential environment. Especially during times of change, coaching allows individuals to openly share their concerns and gain a different, objective perspective to bring back into the workplace.
